My playoff picks

In the NFL the is alot of good teams, for example the New England Patriots or the Baltimore Ravens.

My picks for this year are the New England Patriots, New York Jets as the wild card, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Indianapolis Colts and the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC. In the NFC I pick the New York Giants as the wild card, the Philadelehia Eagles, Chicago Bears and the New Orleans Saints over the Atlanta Falcons in a 1 game playoff.

And the game is in Atlanta.

The cup at Commonwealth

The 98th Grey Cup is in Edmonton this year.

My best freind Joe Fast go's every year with his dad and brother. He go's every year because he love's CFL and it's a birthday present for his dad and Joe's grand-parents pay for the flight, tickets and maybe the hotel.

This year the Grey Cup future's the Saskachewan Roughriders and the Montreal Alouettes just like always.

Last year the Roughriders mest up with the 13th man. The 13th mancamewith 3 seconds left I think. Darren Duval mist about a 50 yard field goal but then got another chance for 31 or 41 yards and he nailed it and the Als went crazy.

come on dude!

About half an hour ago me, my brother Joe and a kid we just met named Cameron were playing road hockey in my grandma's long, but thin driveway.
Me and Cameron were scoring alot of goal at the start but Joe wasn't warmed up enthen me and Joe were working together, but eventuly Joe was play defence but he had to eas up because Cameron wanted some shots enthen I just keped blasting my sweet slapshot in... enthen Iwas goalie and when Joe and Cameron were both trying to score on me I made an amazing save infact a couple one Cameron took a shot Joe tiped it enthen I stuck my pad out and made the save. But when we were playing a game called hog I didn't get many shots and I wasn't good. And then Joe went back in net and we played hog again but one time Cameron got an early start on the faceoff and he went on to win.
And here's the come on dud part so we were playing with checking and he won but that's not it he had 15 penaltys that sould have been called but Joe had his eye on the ball most of the time but it's not that either only three of those 15 penaltys that sould have been called and suprizeingly I never really got hurt.
And bloger won't let me get a picture but you can see it on my profile.

canuck, canuck and a Sweed

Former Windsor Spitfier Taylor Hall, IIHF canadian hero Jordan Eberle and former Sweedish junior league player Magnus Paarjarvi have been sensationel working together all as rookies for the Edmonton Oil, in the first pre-season game Magnus Paarjarvi had a hat trick and Hall scored his first NHL goal. And in the first regular season game Eberle scored a great goal after crashing in to the board, but all he cared about was the goal he scored.

This is how it worked : Jordan was all alone with the defenceman on his stomick trying to hit away the puck as you will see most defenceman do and he skated past him turning to the left shooting enthen jumping over Mikka Kipparsoff's pad sliding in to the boards head first, but he didn't care after celebrating and what I would call 10000% and doing his celebration yelling at his teamates YEAH!!!! As were they.
Again don't use google images it suck's the most more than ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what's up doc?

In Roy (the doctor) Halladay threw just the second no no in playoff history, but he got 19 outs and 8 Ks in the field but he`s not a KKKKK pitcher like canuck Eric Bedard or the freak also known as Tim Lincecum who had 14 strikeouts in his first postseason appearence , and the first no hitter or perfect game was when Don Larsen went 27 up 27 down in 1956!

I don't care about stupid google images because it's stupid B.S. By the way it suck's the most!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But Sadly were not on the same team.

And in the third game we hafe to play each other!

Is Toronto turning into Montreal?

Are the Toronto Blue Jays Blue Jays turning into the Montreal Expos? Because the don't have eney fans (not lidarully).

But when they play Baltimore in July in Toronto their sould be more fans then expected because me, my brother, my dad and maybe my mom. And Detroit is gonna have more fans because I'm going to the seris before the one in Toronto against Baltimore.

Canada`s only MLB team is off to a fast start

The only MLB team in Canada the Toronto Blue Jays are off to a great start after beating the Texas Rangers in a three game seris on the road 2-1. And even in the first game the allmost sent it to extra innings after Shawn Marcum pitching 7 full innings giving up 3 runs but in the bottom of the ninth Jason Frasor gave up 2 runs giving the Rangers the win.

And in three games Vernon Wells has 4 homers.

And the Jays will try to keep-up their 2 game winning streak today against the Orilles.

Sometimes the leadoff hitter of the Minnesota Twins Denard Span an outfielder, when at bat in the stands was his mom, and on one pitch he foulded one off and hit his mom with the foul ball. Then we found out the woman was Span's mother.
Then they found out the woman was Span's mother.
In what can only be described as a freak occurrence, the Minnesota outfielder found himself feeling about as bad as a son can possibly feel after he fouled off a pitch from the Yankees Phil Hughes got fould off. And he hit her in the chest.
AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWCH!!!!!

McDonald plays role of sage for young guns playing for the Blue Jays

Toronto Blue Jays Shortstop Johnny McDonald is playing a role of sage for the younger of the Jays.

He was mentored in Cleveland by 14-time Gold Glove shortstop Omar Vizquel.

The Shortstop, Second Baseman and Third Baseman has only played 100 games in two years with the club, but this year with Marco Scutaro play short for Boston let`s Lowell and Lowe to share the role of third.

And I just found out the Jays have another Shortstop so McDonald can play.

Look out Johnny

After the last Sens game before the Olympics it was exiting.

As the Ottawa Senators beat the New York Islanders in New York but Brian Lee took a dirty hit into the boards.

Ottawa coach Cory Clouston delivered a simple second-intermission message, telling the Senators to get an early goal and trust their skills. The Senators responded, killing off two penalties to start the final period before Alex Kovalev, Jason Spezza and Mike Fisher scored in a 6:59 span in a 4-3 comeback victory over the New York Islanders on Sunday.

The three last goals were scored by Alex Kovalev, Jason Spezza and Mike Fisher.

YEAH, YEAH , YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alexandre Bilodeau has won Gold on home soil for the first time in Canadian history!

Once peoples and the roads found out he won Gold every body in Canada cheared as loud as they could and Alexandre Bilodeau hurd family and Whislter scream the loudest ever.

Bilodeau will get his medal today.

With Jennifer Heil winning Silver Canada is now tied for third in the medal standings with France with three medals 1 bronze, 1 silver and 1 gold.

Bilodeau`s brother was his inporation they say.

And my freind (Joe Fast) is from Montreal too and so is Bilodeau.

rable mentions: Johnny Spillane, the first American to medal in the Nordic Combined, Patrick Deneen and his pink goggles, the women’s U.S. hockey team for beating China 12-1, and Joe Biden for watching women’s hockey. Obviously I’m missing people (I just got home and have not had a chance to watch the pairs figure skating), so nominate your own Stud of the Day in the comments!
Deserves a mention: All the skiing uniforms totally look like jammies, but the U.S. men seemed especially ready for bedtime during the moguls. I feel like some of them should be clutching teddy bears for good luck and/or moral support. (Dramatization below.)

McGwire with his former team as hittting coach, but why?

Surprisingly for me Mark McGwire signed up as hitting coach for the St.Louis Cardnals.

Left fielder Matt Holliday(notes), obtained via trade last July, was re-signed to a seven-year, $120 million contract, siphoning cash from possible upgrades in the infield and starting rotation but making most Cardinals fans ecstatic. Holliday, by all accounts, is similarly pleased.

Winn sign`s with Yankees

Randy Winn signed a $1.1M 1 year contract with the Yankees : Branx Bomers.

The outfielder can earn an additional $900,000 in performance bonuses based on plate appearances against left-handed pitchers. He would get $100,000 each for 50, 75 and 100, and $150,000 apiece for 125, 150, 175 and 200.

Beside`s this is good for the Yankees because he could take Johnny Damon in the outfield.
Winn, who figures to share playing time in left field with Brett Gardner(notes), hit .262 with two homers and 51 RBIs for San Francisco last season. The 35-year-old was an All-Star in 2002, when he batted .298 with 14 homers and 75 RBIs for Tampa Bay.

Sens Skills

Today I went to Scotiabank Place to see the Sens Skills.

At first I was scared because we were really close to the end of the 200 level out of 300 so 3 levels.

It was funny too because Shean Donavan went into tights and later Jarkko Ruutu put on a fake mustache then put on a wig and before the mustache and wig he put on a head band.

And Jason Spezza made his Super Bowl Perdiction and he said the Colts then most people bood. And they hade 9 and 10 year olds who had their own Skills.

And Alexi Kovalev was the best player and team Red beat team black and here are the Rosters : for team black Matt Carkner, Daniel Alfredsson - C, Milan Michalek, Erik Karlsson but he was injured, Peter Regin, Anton Volchenkov, Chris Neil, Chris Kelly, Goaltender Brian Elliott, Jonathan Cheechoo and Jarkko Ruutu and for team Red Jason Spezza, Chris Phillips - C, Shean Donavan, Mike Fisher, Filip Kuba, Jesse Winchester, Ryan Shannon, Alexi Kovalev, Nick Foligno he was injured and Goaltender Pascal Leclaire and also Chris Campoli took over for Foligno.

Posey going to get some action at Shorstop in spring?

Last week the San Francisco Chronicle's Bruce Jenkins tried to imagine Buster Posey pulling a Craig Biggio in order to save his knees or to keep busy or to allow Bengie Molina. Today we hear from Andrew Baggarly that the notion may not merely be the stuff of Bruce Jenkins' fantasies.

I'de give him him a chance be side`s if dosen't go well take em out and if he has a secondary Postion see if that work`s just like sometimes Willie Pena is in for Derek Jeter and he could play second.
Shortstop? Hey, why not? As someone who has no vested interest in how the Giants do or how Buster Posey develops, I'd love to see it because it's different and different is good, and the more Posey the better.Still, the guy is a plus defensive catcher who can hit and those guys don't just fall out of the sky like rain and airplane engine parts, so it may not be the best move in terms of optimal asset utilization.

McGowan has pain-free mound session

Blue Jays pitcher Dustin McGowan threw off a mound at Toronto's spring training complex in Dunedin, Fla., as he attempts to come back from shoulder and knee surgery. The 27-year-old right-hander hasn't pitched in a game since July 8, 2008, when he left a start against Baltimore with shoulder pain.

The 27-year-old right-hander hasn’t pitched in a game since July 8, 2008, when he left a start against Baltimore with shoulder pain.

If McGowan is injured Romero would problely take his place.

McGowan was 12-10 with a 4.08 ERA in 2007, when he came within three outs of a no-hitter against Colorado, and 6-7 with a 4.37 ERA in 19 starts the following season. He agreed last month to a one-year contract that guarantees him $500,000,

What`s wrong with him?

The Boston Red Sox GM was very anxious.

Outside Fenway Park, the temperature was in the teens. Inside the Red Sox locker room, cartons were packed to ship to Florida.

"Scutaro Beltre Pants" was written on one in black marker.John Lackey/Mike Cameron was printed on another.

I don't understand why he`s so anxious they may have lost Bay but you still have Daisuke Matsuzaka, John Lackey and Jacoby Ellsbury so why is he so anxious?
The Red Sox lost offense when Bay, their leading home run hitter, signed as a free agent with the New York Mets. The left fielder fit in well with Boston soon after being acquired at the trade deadline in 2008 from the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Epstein is confident that the club's relations with third baseman Mike Lowell, who the Red Sox tried to trade, and right-hander Daisuke Matsuzaka, who withheld details of an injury last season, are fine.

Wang`s wanted everywere

Former New York Yankees hurler Chien-Ming Wang(notes) is recovering from shoulder surgery. His plan was to get back onto a big-league mound a few months into the 2010 season, but he's got "four or five" teams that are really trying to snag him, according to ESPN, and that's forced him to consider moving his timetable up.

All three teams the New York, the St.Louis Cardnals and the Los Angeles Dodgers are searching for a pitcher so Wang could be a pitcher for one of those teams or all of them sign with one sign with the other then the last one even thoight that wouldn't happen most likely. The 29-year-old may just end up signing a deal before Spring Training gets underway.

Wang gets a lot of groundballs so whichever team signs him needs to have some good infielders at work behind him.
Wang could sign before spring training with the New York Mets so two former rivals could become teammates and if you don't know who I'm talking about I'm talking about Jason Bay and Chien-Ming Wang.
Wang is "throwing without pain" and is on target to "make a major-league start sometime in the first two weeks of May.
Stark believes that the Mets could be the most appealing team for Wang as their "starting-pitching options are dwindling with spring training three weeks away."

there back!

All four players Milan Michalek, Filip Kuba, Daniel Alfredsson and Jason Spezza are all back into the line-up well not Spezza but he did skate at practice.

And Spezza`s post to play today against Slovakian Defenceman Zdeno Chara and the Boston Bruins.
And Michalek scored against the St.Louis Blues in there last game on the 21st.And in the same game the Rookie who has been taking over for Spezza Peter Regin has been on fire with at least 7-9 goals in the eight weeks he`s been gone and Alfredsson scored one or 2 goals since he came back.
